Hello, I'm Erika Flores, and I teach in the Blue Heron class at Keystone Montessori. I am a dedicated and passionate educator with over 12 years of experience at Keystone Montessori School. I completed my Montessori training at Contra Costa College and hold an associate degree in Educational Preschool Teaching. One of my favorite quotes from Maria Montessori is: "The greatest gifts we can give our children are the roots of Responsibility and the wings of Independence." This quote deeply resonates with my approach to fostering a classroom environment that encourages exploration and self-discovery.

When I'm not in the classroom, I love traveling with my family. My adventures have taken me to Hawaii, Florida, Nevada, France, and many cities in Mexico. I am passionate about music, arts, and nature, and I enjoy sharing these experiences with my students.

I am committed to creating a positive and inspiring learning experience for every child, and I am thrilled to be part of the Keystone Montessori Family.
