    Responsibilities


    • Implement the Montessori curriculum and philosophy in the classroom.
    • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
    • Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s growth and development.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports of children’s progress.

    Requirements


    • We require all applicants to have 12 ECE units. 
    • Montessori-trained and credentialed individuals are highly preferred.
    • If not credentialed, a strong commitment to providing wholesome care and enriching experiences for toddlers and preschoolers.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow in a teaching career.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
