Responsibilities Implement the Montessori curriculum and philosophy in the classroom. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s growth and development. Maintain accurate records and reports of children’s progress. Requirements We require all applicants to have 12 ECE units. Montessori-trained and credentialed individuals are highly preferred. If not credentialed, a strong commitment to providing wholesome care and enriching experiences for toddlers and preschoolers. Eagerness to learn and grow in a teaching career. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
