Rohini Pathak

Director and Owner

Hi, my name is Rohini, and I am the Director of Keystone Montessori School. Originally from India, I moved to the U.S. at a young age and have enjoyed a diverse and rewarding career as an engineer, teacher, and now a business owner. In 2019, I acquired Keystone Montessori from Linda and Farrokh Shehabi, who had spent over 30 years nurturing a caring Montessori community. Since taking on this role, I have led the school through the challenges of COVID-19, ensuring that we maintained a joyful and supportive learning environment for the children, staff, and families.

I began my Montessori journey in 2019 with training at the Montessori Training Center and further enhanced my education through Prepared Montessorian. I am deeply committed to maintaining a child-centered approach at Keystone, where each child’s development and learning are at the heart of everything we do. In 2023, we became a Positive Discipline Lab School, a milestone that reinforces our dedication to fostering emotional intelligence and social skills within a nurturing environment.

I remain committed to continually improving our school, ensuring that we provide a learning space that inspires curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. It’s an honor to lead a community that prioritizes the well-being and growth of every child. I look forward to continuing this journey with all of you!
